The latest version of Innovatrics’ digital onboarding demo app, Innovatrics DOT, allows users to perform identity verification by using ICAO-compliant IDs and industry-proven facial biometrics through their smartphones.
With a more intuitive user interface, Innovatrics DOT demo app offers the full experience of our online identity verification solution in 2 easy steps. First, take a picture of your ID and confirm the extracted data. Second, take a selfie.
Using the camera of a smartphone, Innovatrics DOT demo app captures and normalizes a picture of a user’s ID and selfie to start verifying their identity. Our AI-based OCR technology extracts the data from the captured photo of the ID, including the portrait image of the user. The image is then converted into a secure proprietary biometric template for comparison with the selfie, all taking place in less than a minute.
At the core of Innovatrics DOT demo app is our Digital Onboarding Toolkit (DOT). It’s a full technology stack for all your online identity verification needs, which includes iBeta Level 2 accredited passive liveness detection. Designed and built in-house, DOT also offers the following features: identity document auto-capture, AI-based OCR, MRZ data extraction, RFID chip reading, document authenticity check, selfie auto-capture, face verification, and active liveness detection.
With a well-documented API, you can choose and combine DOT components and easily integrate them into your native mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web applications, even if you don’t have any experience with biometrics. These features are designed to enhance the identity verification process, protect against a wide array of presentation attacks and comply with KYC regulations.
“Keeping the needs of our partners in mind, we have developed a new version of our digital onboarding demo app that allows them to observe how identity verification works in real-time and visualize how it can be integrated into their solutions. Furthermore, it’s now possible with Innovatrics DOT to individually demo and test each of its functionalities upon request that are designed to prevent fraud and create a trusted marketplace in the digital era,” said Innovatrics Head of Product Management, Daniel Ferak. ReallyMe is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
